   Arranging an employment contract is free of charge.

 

   However, there are administrative costs:

 

• Coaching in the application process.

• Duration of recognition by authorities: 3-4 months.

​

• Translation and certification costs are paid by the applicant.

​

• For skilled workers, the recognition costs vary depending on the profession, city and federal state.

​​

   We charge a flat rate of 500 euros in advance. Any excess or underpayment will be recalculated/reimbursed upon

   presentation of the official invoice.

​

• Duration of recognition 3 -4 months for skilled workers.

​

• A license to practice medicine can take up to 5 years.

 

• Translation and certification costs are paid by the applicant.

​

   -  Alternatively, there is the possibility of a recognition partnership.

​

  The prerequisite for this is at least 2 years of professional experience.

​

• The pre-approval costs of the immigration authorities according to § 81a amount to 411€.

​

   If the employer covers the pre-approval costs, you will not have to pay the fee.

​

•  Pre-approval through the employment agency is free of charge.

​

• Registration for health insurance through KKC is free of charge.

​

• Online assistance during the first few days in Germany.

​

• Coaching during the 1 year of starting work.
