Checklist for the Embassy for Skilled Workers

 

• Visa application form from the respective embassy

• Certificate of completion / diploma / bachelor / master (translated into German and certified)

• State-recognized training or studies in your home country (ZAB assessment)

• Deficit notice if available

• Employment reference also in German (desirable for skilled workers at least 2 years)

• recognized language certificate B2 (for doctors C1)

• Passport or passport

• 2 passport photos

• Birth certificate

• Employment contract

• Health insurance

• Prior approval of the immigration authorities §81 a

• Pre-approval from the employment agency
